Our Comments

June 2025 - Following a recent stay at Jock Safari Lodge, I can confidently say it’s a superb choice for the right client, especially those combining safari with a round at Leopard Creek. This is a proper bush camp with thatched suites set among winding paths, offering a real sense of place. The rooms are immaculate, and the outdoor bed (screened for insects) lets guests sleep under the stars, surrounded by the sounds of the African night. Dining was a standout: a braai in the dry riverbed while lions fed nearby was both thrilling and unforgettable. Game viewing was world-class, and a leopard encounter delivered the kind of adrenaline-charged moment guests will talk about forever. For golfers, the return transfer to Leopard Creek is actually a private game drive, adding value and excitement. Jock is authentic, dramatic, and logistically seamless—an ideal safari lodge we can recommend with complete confidence. - Scott Edkins
